• Free Shipping: As promised, standard shipping is $0 for all addresses in Canada.

4. Product Use and Responsibility

Goalkeeper equipment (particularly gloves) is subject to rapid natural wear and tear due to friction with the ball and the ground.

• Latex wear and tear: Latex is a fragile material. Abrasion of latex is not considered a manufacturing defect, unless it involves premature seam separation.

• Tip: We recommend following our care instructions (see FAQ) to maximize the life of your gloves.

5. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, we process the shipment very quickly. If you need to change a size or address, please contact us within 2 hours of your purchase. Once the package has been shipped, no changes are possible.
