Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free shipping across Canada on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Processing times: Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days).
Delivery times: Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your province.
Order tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Return and exchange policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your equipment isn’t a perfect fit, we are here to help.

Return Period: You have 30 days following the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.

Item Condition: To be eligible, the item must be new, unused, with original tags attached, and in its intact packaging. Important Note for Gloves: The protective film on the latex must not have been removed.

Refunds
